Quick Mushroom Rice
This recipe is a quick family favorite I'm sure you will love.
1 3/4 oz pack Pistol River dried mushrooms
Soak mushrooms in 2 1/2 cups hot tap water for about 10 minutes. Prepare the rice as per directions on the box of rice, using the water you soak the dried mushrooms in when the recipe calls for water. (being careful not to use any sediments) Rinse and chop the mushrooms, then add to the rice mixture when about half the water has been absorb by the rice. Finish cooking as per the directions and serve.
